Collected data is used solely to provide calendar management features within the app. It is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to or stored on external servers.

3. No Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your Google Calendar data to third parties for advertising or any other purposes.

4. Compliance with Google User Data Policy (Limited Use)

CreamCal's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Data Protection Mechanisms

We implement the following measures to protect your sensitive data:

  • HTTPS Encryption: All data transmission between your device and Google servers is encrypted via HTTPS.
  • Local Storage Only: Calendar data is stored temporarily on your device (browser or mobile storage) and is never uploaded to our servers.
  • Access Control: The Service Provider does not have direct access to your calendar content.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Since we do not operate a separate server for data storage:

  • Retention: Data is retained on your device only while you use the app.
  • Deletion: You can delete all data immediately by uninstalling the app or revoking access in your Google Account settings (myaccount.google.com/permissions).
  • Auto-Deletion: Upon uninstallation, all locally stored data is removed.
